Large, heavy breasts can be a constant burden to bear. With reduction mammaplasty, also known as breast reduction surgery, this burden can be taken away. Lighter breasts make life easier. The best way to get the results you’re looking for is by taking recovery slowly.
For the first three to four weeks after your breast reduction, we recommend staying away from physically taxing activities in order to make recovery as short as possible. Lifting or pushing heavy objects should be avoided until this period is over, even if your job requires these activities.
