This is a 36 year-old female who presented desiring breast augmentation. She wore a 34B cup bra and desired to be a small D cup postoperatively. She underwent breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round high profile saline implants, size 420cc filled to 450cc. The implants were placed under the muscle through 3cm inframammary fold incisions.
