This is a 22 year-old female who is 5’4” tall and weighs 125 lbs. She has had one child and after breastfeeding her breasts decreased from a B cup to an A cup. She now desired breast augmentation to increase her breasts to a large B/small C cup. She underwent breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus saline breast implants, size 300cc. The implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions.
