This is a 42 year-old female who is 5’3” tall and weighs 115 lbs. She has had three children and did breastfeed. She recently lost 20 lbs and felt her breasts decreased from a C cup to a large A/small B cup. She desired to increase her breast size back to a full C cup. She underwent breast augmentation with Sientra smooth round moderate profile silicone gel implants, size 410cc. The implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions.
