This is a 27 year-old female who is 5’4” tall and weighs 125 lbs. She has had two children and reports being approximately a small B cup currently. She desired to be a small to natural C cup. She underwent breast augmentation with Sientra smooth round moderate profile silicone gel implants, size 350 cc. These implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions.
