This is a 39 year-old female who is 5’4” tall and weighs 192 lbs. She has had five kids and did breastfeed. She reported losing fullness in her breasts. At that time she was wearing a C cup bra and desired to be a full D cup. Therefore, she underwent breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile saline implants, 650 cc implants filled to 690 cc. The implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions.
