This is a 33 year-old female who is 5’8” tall and weighs 132 lbs. She has had three kids and did breastfeed. Before her pregnancies she was a very small A cup and afterward felt even smaller. She desired to be a small to natural C cup after surgery. Because this patient had relatively little breast shape she was an optimal candidate for placement of shaped implants. Therefore, she underwent breast augmentation with Allergan style 410FF (full height and full projection) shaped implants, size 335 cc. The implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions.
