Preop and 3 months postop.
This is a 43 year-old female who is 5’3” tall and weighs 110 lbs. She has had two children and did breastfeed. She was a small A cup and desired to be a large B/small C cup. Because her breast skin envelope was relatively loose and had a degree of laxity she was a great candidate for shaped breast implants. Therefore, she underwent breast augmentation with Allergan style 410FF (full height and full projection) shaped implants, size 290 cc. The implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions.
