This is a 37 year-old female who is 5’4” tall and weighs 113 lbs. She has had four children and did breastfeed. She lost all fullness to her breasts after the pregnancies and then became a small A cup. She desired to be a full C cup. Because her breasts lacked good shape, she was an excellent candidate for shaped implants. Therefore, she underwent a breast augmentation with placement of Mentor Memory Shape tall height and moderate plus profile silicone shaped implants, size 395 cc.
