Preop and 4 months postop This is a 22 year-old female who is 5’6” tall and weighs 135 lbs. She lost some upper pull fullness to her breasts, and had quite a bit of asymmetry to the breasts. Therefore, she underwent a Donut Mastopexy with augmentation with saline implants.
