Preop and 1 year postop This is a 42 year-old female 5’4” tall and weighs 146 lbs. After two pregnancies, she wanted to correct the loss of fullness and laxity in the skin. She presented desiring Mastopexy augmentation with saline implants. Therefore, she underwent a mastopexy with augmentation with 285 CC Saline implants.
