46 year old woman who previously underwent left lumpectomy and radiation therapy four years prior. Had a bilateral mastectomy and tissue expanders, as well as a left latissimus dorsi flap to enhance blood flow and healing in the radiated breast. Tissue expanders exchanged for silicone prostheses after patient completed chemotherapy.
