This is a 17 year-old female who is 5’6” tall and 145 lbs who presented with breast enlargement and breast asymmetry. Her breast size was causing neck and back pain and interfering with sports. She desired decreasing her breast size to a natural C cup. Therefore, she underwent breast reduction with what is known as a typical Wise incision pattern.
