This is a 26 year-old female who is 4’11” tall and weighs 169 lbs. She presented with breast enlargement causing neck and back pain. She had been wearing a 44DDD cup bra and desired to be a large C cup. Therefore, she underwent breast reduction with what is known as a typical Wise incision pattern.
