This is a 61 year-old female who presented with complaints of facial aging and desired facial rejuvenation. She was bothered by her brows, and face and neck. Therefore, she underwent a facelift with a rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, a platysmaplasty, and an endoscopic brow lift.
