This is a 72 year-old female who presented with facial aging. She was bothered by excess skin in her upper lid and as well as excess skin and loss of a defined angle in her jawline and neck. Therefore, she underwent a facelift with a rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, and platysmaplasty as well as an upper blepharoplasty performed. In addition, fat was injected into her face to improve some of the tissue loss that occurred through the years.
