Preop and 3 months postop.

This is a 67 year-old female who presented with typical complaints of facial aging. She was mostly bothered by her neck and jawline as well as drooping of her brow. Therefore, she underwent a facelift with a rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, and a platysmaplasty. Her brow was also addressed with an endoscopic browlift and upper lid blepharoplasty. Finally, fat grafting with injections into her face was performed to augment the tissue atrophy and loss that had occurred.
