Preop and 4 months postop.

This is a 44 year-old female who desired facial rejuvenation. She felt that she had aged faster than her age. She was predominately bothered by her loss of fullness in her cheeks, loss of definition to her jawline, and the beginning of laxity in her neck. She also had a history of gaining and then losing 100 lbs. Therefore, she underwent a facelift with a rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, and platysmaplasty. She also had an upper blepharoplasty and fat injections into the face.
