Preop and 4 months postop.
This is a 66 year-old lady who presented with typical signs of facial aging. She was mostly bothered by upper lid skin excess, laxity of the skin of her neck as well as fullness in her neck and under her chin. Therefore, she underwent a rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, and platysmaplasty. Her eyelids were also corrected with an upper lid blepharoplasty.
