This is a 61-year-old female who presented to discuss facial rejuvenation. She was predominately bothered by her upper lids, deepened nasolabial folds, some jowling, and neck aging. Therefore, she underwent an endoscopic browlift, upper lid blepharoplasty, rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, platysmaplasty, full facial fat grafting.
