This is a 57-year-old female who presented to discuss facial rejuvenation. She presented brow ptosis, some mild fat pad herniation of her lower lid, malar atrophy and descent, deepened nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jowling, neck aging, and banding. Therefore, she underwent an endoscopic browlift, lower blepharoplasty, rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, platysmaplasty, full facial fat grafting.
