Preop and 4 months postop This is a 67 year-old female who is 5’6” tall. She was bothered by her typical signs of facial aging involving her neck, jowling, and loss of fullness and descent of her cheeks. In addition, she was bothered by excess skin to her upper eyelids. Therefore, she underwent facelift with elevation and tightening of her SMAS and platysma as well as fat injections to her face. Her eyes were also treated with an upper blepharoplasty.
