This is a 67 year-old female who presented with complaints of facial aging and desired facial rejuvenation. She was bothered by her brows, upper eyelids, and face and neck. Therefore, she underwent a facelift with a rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, and a platysmaplasty.
