This is a 68 year-old female who desired facial rejuvenation. Her primary concerns involved her jowling and neck bands. Therefore, she underwent a facelift with a rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, and a platysmaplasty. She also had fat injected into her nasolabial folds and lips to improve augmentation of thinning tissue.
