Preop and 3 months postop.
This is a 67 year-old female who presented with complaints of facial aging and desired facial rejuvenation. Therefore, she underwent a facelift with a rhytidectomy, SMAS elevation and plication, and a platysmaplasty. In addition, she had fat grafting to her face as well as to her chin to slightly improve the projection of her chin.
