Preop and 1 year postop

This is a 60 year-old man who is 5’10” tall and weighs 240 lbs. He presented with gynecomastia. For over years he had persistent growth of his breasts to the point that they became pendulous. All pathologic evidence for breast growth was ruled out. Therefore he underwent gynecomastia correction with a male breast reduction.
