This is a 31 year-old female who is 5’6” tall and weighs 132 lbs. After two previous pregnancies she felt that she lost fullness in her breasts. Pre-operatively she was a large C cup and wanted to be a large D cup after surgery. She was also bothered by some laxity that developed in her lower abdomen. Therefore, she underwent breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile saline implants, size 400 cc filled to 420 cc. The implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions. She also had a mini-abdominoplasty with tightening of her lower abdominal muscles and resection of a small amount of lower abdominal skin.
