This is a 42 year-old female who is 5’5” tall and weighs 144 lbs. She presented with slight laxity of her abdominal wall, a very slight bit of fullness, some excess and laxity of skin, fullness throughout her flanks, and back, a little bit of laxity of skin throughout those areas as well. She has had twins, and would like to improve that. Therefore, she underwent an abdominoplasty as well as liposuction to the abdomen, flanks, and back.
