Preop and 1 year postop. This is a 30 yo female. She was bothered by  the presence of excess abdominal skin. Her pre-operative pictures illustrate the moderate amount of breast ptosis and slight laxity of the skin on the abdomen. She also has a mild degree of rectus diastasis after 4 kids (widening of the space between the rectus muscles which are fairly common after pregnancy). She underwent an abdominoplasty with rectus plication as well as an implant exchange with larger silicone implants and a Bilateral Wise mastopexy.
